All rates include taxes (except stay taxe).

A ccompt of 30% at the booking, the restoration of the deposit if cancellation before 60 days.

Payment in the arrival and the delivery of the keys.

Prices for stays exceeding one month (excluding charges) :
The Olives : 2300 € / month
The Lauriers : 2300 € / month
The Lavandes : 1530 € / month
The Romarins / The Santolines : 1630 € / month

Charges : water, heating, electricity (excluding telephone & internet).

House Linen Provided but washing your expense.

Each unit has a private garden, an Internet connection, television and a sound system.

Animals and pets are not allowed.

The pool is strictly reserved for tenants.
