A ccompt of 30 % at the booking, the restoration of
the deposit if cancellation before 60 days.
Payment in the arrival and the delivery of the keys.
Prices for stays exceeding one month (excluding charges):
The Olives: 2300 € / month
The Lauriers: 2300 € / month
The Lavandes: 1530 € / month
The Romarins / Santolines: 1630 € / month
Charges: water, heating, electricity (excluding telephone
e tinternet)
House Linen Provided but washing your expense.
Each
unit has a private garden, an Internet connection, television and a
sound system.
Animals and pets are not allowed
The pool is strictly reserved for tenants
